B is for Batman

Vinyl nail decals in this post were sent to me for review.

Good afternoon ladies and gents!  Guess what!?  We're under a winter weather watch for tonight and tomorrow!!  This may be my last blast of winter before the oppressive heat of summer descends upon us, so I'm going to enjoy it!

I have my "B" mani for you today for the ABC Challenge.  This is not at all what I had planned.  I had my base colour on for my "B" mani, then my sister asked me to remove her gel polish mani, which ruined my base colour before I could get my design done.  Oh well, onto bigger and better things, right?!

B is for Batman

How freaking awesome, right?!?!  As soon as I got my review package from April at Make It Stick Design and saw the Batman decals in the mix, I had this image in my head :)  Now, I'm not a big comic book fanatic, or a superhero junkie, but I think these rock!  :D  Any comic book or superhero fans out there?  What do

For this I used Julep Mystery Yellow and Brandt, then stuck on the Batman vinyl nail decals from Make It Stick Design.  I was going to do border nails with Brandt, but when I tried it on my non-camera hand, I didn't like the way it turned out, so I just left it with the French tips with Brandt.

The Batman decals were as easy to work with as the other decals I have used, but they were a little tricky to get centred, but that is no fault of the decal :)  For these, they come on a backing sheet and you peel them off and stick them to your nail like a sticker.  This is done the easiest with a pair of tweezers so you don't have to use your fingers to handle the decal, and it allows for more precise positioning!  Top with a top coat and you're good to go!  I love how they are an easy way to add nail art to any mani! :D

Make sure to check out the Make It Stick Design shop, and give April a like on Facebook to stay updated with new designs, products, sales and grab bags!!
