All polishes are purchased with my own money unless stated otherwise.
YAY it's Wednesday! Hopefully today and tomorrow go by fast cause I'm ready for the weekend already! I hope this weekend isn't as humid as last weekend though.
Today I have for you another crackle .. yeah, yeah, I know .. crackles are "so last year" but I like 'em :) I put Julep Hermione over China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise that I showed you yesterday.

This is 1 coat of Hermione over Turned Up Turquoise, and I really like the way this looks. It makes me think of summer for some reason. This formula was a little better than Julep Glenda, which I found went a little goopy while I was using it. Hermione didn't seem to do that. It did get slightly thicker when I was using it, so it make it a little trickier to put on a nice thin coat, but I like the way it crackled on all my nails :)
I thought about using China Glaze Yellow Polka Dot Bikini over Hermione, but I didn't know how easy or hard it was going to be, so I didn't bother. Maybe another day :) I think it would have looked pretty bright and summery!
Hermione came out with 3 other crackle polishes in the October 2012 Maven box. If you want to become a Julep Maven, check out my Julep Maven information page. There is a link there to sign up and take your style quiz to find out if you are a Classic With a Twist (like me!), Boho Glam, American Beauty, It Girl, or Modern Beauty.
No worries- I still love crackle too!
